dalam exchange, kita dapat membuat external email menjadi bagian dari group internal email kita, caranya ? cukup mudah, buat saja contact di exchange, dan isi contact tersebut dengan alamat email external ( yahoo, gmail ) setelah itu masukkan contact tersebut ke dalam group yang ada
