this crazy thing is happen when one of your AD is not sync the time with the NTP, you’got lot of AD ? you can run a NET TIME from cmd prompt to check your time server, beside that, you can check the time server from registry, here’s microsoft link that might help you http://support.microsoft.com/kb/816042
